1.2. The term “Customer” refers to any natural person who purchases for personal, non-commercial use, in line with U.S. consumer protection laws.
2. ACCEPTANCE & CHANGES
2.1. These Terms are available on our Site and are deemed accepted when an order is placed.
2.2. The applicable version is the one visible on the Site at the time of order placement. Elvora Brands LLC may update these Terms at any time without notice.

3. REGISTRATION & ORDER PROCESS
3.1. Customers must register or provide accurate billing/shipping details to place an order. Orders are submitted electronically and must be paid in full at checkout.
3.2. Each order summary will include key product details, price, applicable taxes, delivery method, and payment option. Please double-check all entered data before submitting.
3.3. Customers may view and manage orders in their account dashboard. Order changes or cancellations are only possible before the shipment is confirmed.
3.4. Once an order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent. A second email will confirm order processing and shipment.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
4.1. Elvora Brands LLC delivers only within the United States using verified couriers. PO boxes are not accepted.
4.2. In case of order return (due to defect, damage, or warranty claim), the customer will be refunded as per our Return Policy, with no replacements or exchanges unless stated.
5. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
5.1. The Customer agrees that all information provided is truthful and current. They must promptly update any changes.
5.2. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and that they are of legal age to purchase.

7. DELIVERY CHECKS
7.1. Upon delivery, Customers must inspect the package. If it appears damaged, they must notify the courier immediately and accept delivery with a “reservation of control” (inspection reserved).
