✅ Eligible Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: Products like personal care items, opened electronics, or perishable goods are not eligible unless faulty.


📦 Return Instructions

  1. Email us at support@elvorabrandsllc.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. If approved, we’ll share return instructions.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.


💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Opened health/personal care products

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Returns requested after 7 days


📦 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we’ll cover return shipping.

  • For other reasons, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


🔄 Exchanges

If you received the wrong or faulty product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
