You may request a return if:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return is requested within 7 days of delivery.
Please note: Products like personal care items, opened electronics, or perishable goods are not eligible unless faulty.

Email us at support@elvorabrandsllc.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
If approved, we’ll share return instructions.
Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

Clearance or final-sale items
Opened health/personal care products
Customized or special-order items
Returns requested after 7 days
📦 Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we’ll cover return shipping.
For other reasons, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
